Design Vision

The tower's twist is not merely aesthetic—it's a response to Dubai's intense solar conditions. By rotating the floor plates, we reduce solar heat gain by 25% compared to a conventional orthogonal tower.

The diagrid structural system efficiently transfers lateral loads while creating the iconic diagonal pattern visible on the facade. Each panel of the curtain wall is unique, requiring full parametric documentation.
