Cultural Museum
A 12,000 m² cultural center featuring a flowing shell roof structure. The organic form creates column-free exhibition spaces while channeling natural light through strategically placed skylights.
Design Concept
The museum's roof was generated using form-finding algorithms that simulate hanging chain networks. This catenary-based approach creates a naturally efficient shell structure that spans up to 45 meters without intermediate columns.
Interior spaces flow seamlessly from one gallery to another, guided by the undulating ceiling geometry. Strategic openings bring zenithal light into the deepest parts of the building.
